The CFDT maintains its request for a 3% global budget
Small improvements presented during this second round of discussion (R2):
- A global budget increase of +0,4% (below the budget level proposed at the 2025 R2)
- Implementation date brought forward only for the “Non-Cadres” General salary increase (AG)
- AG for “Cadres” asked by the CFDT was rejected by the Airbus Direction

The CFDT requests for the 2026-2027 salary policy:
- An implementation date on 1st of July 2026 for all individual salary increase (AI)
- For the non-management staff:
- General salary increase (AG) of 1,2% with a mini at 35€
- Individual salary increase (AI) of 1,6% with a mini at 40€ and a distribution rate ≥85%
- For the management staff:
- Individual salary increase (AI) of 2,8% with a mini at 100€ and a distribution rate ≥85%
- Individual salary increase for all employees who did not have one in 2025
- Individual salary increase for all employees having a salary below the SMH of her/his position
- The Direction commitment to distribute the global budget in its entirety
- The Direction commitment to ensure the same distribution rate for seniors and non-senior
